How Berkeley Omnium scoring works

The Berkeley Omnium combines points earned at the Berkeley Hills Road Race and the Berkeley Streets Criterium. Racers receive points based on their actual finishing place in each event, with 25 points for 1st place through 1 point for 20th place. The two scores are added together to determine the final Omnium score, and racers must start both events in their Omnium category to qualify.
