The story
From New York City to the Berkeley hills.
Good Guys Racing is a Domestic Elite team based in New York City, with riders across the Northeast. It's a 501(c)(3) public charity built around one idea: develop the next generation of road racers and give them a path to compete at the national and international level.
Bike racing communities can be three thousand miles apart and still be built on the same things: racing hard, developing riders, backing teammates and making room for whoever comes next. That's what we're trying to build around the Berkeley Omnium too, which is why we were glad to see the Good Guys kit in the Berkeley hills.
Good Guys Racing empowers the next generation of cyclists by fostering their development in road racing, enabling and encouraging competition at national and international levels.

Good Guys Racing says it wants to cultivate a community of “good guys” that nurtures talent, promotes sportsmanship and advocates for the positive impact cycling can have.
That's a racing team defining itself by how its riders treat people as much as by where they finish. At a hard road race like Berkeley Hills, where riders spend a long day in each other's company on the climbs, it's the kind of team you want in the field.
